Why did you decide to become a member of CILT?

I joined CILT Australia as a student member after finishing an internship with CILT Australia. During this period I found CILT Australia could provide huge benefits to me. More precisely, through the events held by CILT Australia I have learned a lot of surprising knowledge and practical experience from the speakers, who are industrial leaders or young professionals.

the message I can give to people wanting to join CILT is that as a professional and international organisation, CILT is not just able to provide opportunities to improve yourself… but also can improve your future career.

What are the benefits of being a member of CILT?

Based on the CPD points system, and the qualifications I have gained from CILT Australia, I can improve my future career step by step. Furthermore, CILT as an international organisation is covering over 30 countries. It means that even if I come back to China, I can still improve myself there, supported by CILT China.

What message would you give to someone just starting out in CILT?

So the message I can give to people wanting to join CILT is that as a professional and international organisation, CILT is not just able to provide opportunities to improve yourself on different kinds of supply chain knowledge and through exchanging personal experience, but also can improve your future career based on our international network.
