I am Kelly Tan from the Little Red Dot Singapore, and a member of CILT Singapore. I am currently taking a few months break to be with the kids. I was previously the GM for Martin Brower.
When and why did you decided to become a member of CILT?
I joined CILT in 2008 after completing the Certified Professional Logistics Course conducted by the Institute. Subsequently, I was invited to join the board in 2010.
What are the benefits of being a member of CILT?
Being part of CILT keeps me in touch with the industry.

What difference has being a member of CILT made to your career?
Being a member of CILT has make me a more competent and professional contributor to this industry.

What message would you give to someone just starting out in CILT?
For someone new to CILT, I would strongly recommend him or her to just go out and know as many people as you can and learn as much as possible.
