By order of the Trustees, Tom Naylor, Interim Director of Finance, has announced that the Annual General Meeting of The Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport will be held virtually on Tuesday 6th July 2021 commencing at 12:00 GMT (13:00 BST) to conduct the following items of ordinary business:
- To consider and if thought fit adopt the accounts for the year ended 30th September 2020 and the reports of the Trustees and auditors.
- To re-appoint Mazars LLP as auditors and to authorise the Trustees to agree their remuneration.
