What difference has being a member of CILT made to your career?

I joined CILT some thirty years ago. The who’s who of transport in Australia were members of CILT and this was incredibly useful for young, aspiring people like me coming through the system to actually get access to those people and the networking was incredibly valuable as it still is.

What message would you give to someone just starting out in CILT?

I really urge young transport professionals to take advantage of the seminars, masterclasses, and networking events that CILT offer, and certainly the networking as this is incredibly valuable.
