Following on from their very successful Study Tour to Wuppertal and Dusseldorf, Germany in 2015, CILT UK’s International Study Tour 2016 is taking place in Switzerland, centred on the Zurich area, from the 4th to the 12th of June.
An extensive programme featuring all modes of Logistics and Transport is being put together and enquiries are out with a number of organisations to arrange meetings and technical visits during the stay. A half-day walking tour of Zurich city centre is also planned.
International delegates should consider flying into Zurich airport (ZCH) from where there is a direct SBahn link to Einsideln, where the party will be staying at the Royal George Hotel for 8 nights on a Bed & Breakfast rate.
The price of the tour for international delegates is £1,100 GBP per person in a twin-bedded room (sharing) or £1,500 GBP for a single occupancy room. To this must be added the cost of flights from/to their home nation which has to be arranged by individual delegates (it is not included in the tour price).
