I am very proud of my long association with the Institute. I started my CILT career at branch level as Treasurer of CILT Ghana in 2000 and in 2004 became the Honorary Secretary before being appointed International Vice President for a period of 5 years.

In 2012 at the Annual Convention in Birmingham, I was honoured with the Pegasus Award by HRH Princess Anne, in recognition of my long and distinguished service to the Institute. It feels good to be working for CILT International and promoting our values to the world.

My 5 Areas of Focus for CILT

I am using my strong marketing background with a bias to Logistics, Transport and Supply Chain to build the brand equity CILT deserves through an integrated marketing mix.

My current 5 key areas of focus are:

  1. Stronger Together philosophy
  2. A stronger governance model for existing and new branches
  3. Leadership of the IMC
  4. A focus on growth in education revenue and membership globally
  5. Support for the President during my tenure as President Elect

I am looking forward and excited to serve you with all my heart and the experience I have acquired during my time working as a volunteer for CILT over the past 2 decades. STRONGER TOGETHER.
