I have been a committed member of CILT since 2002 and was elected CILT fellow in 2007. I am past Chairman of CILT North America  in Ottawa (2008-2011), and currently Chair of CILT North America’s Quebec Chapter since 2011.  In May 2016, I was appointed International Vice-President of the CILT in America. I am also a member of the Infrastructures, Transport & Logistics Committee of the Quebec Federation of Chambers of Commerce (since 2009).

I am Senior Counsel, Global Legal Affairs at CN in Montreal where I handle the insurance portfolio for CN and its subsidiaries, and the legal affairs for CN’s Supply Chain Solutions Group and CN WorldWide. I also represent the rail industry on the Consensus-Building Forum on Maritime Transport of the Quebec Government.  Prior to joining CN in 2000, I worked for the Ministry of External Trade (Quebec Government, 1986-1990) in Quebec City as well as the Canadian International Trade Tribunal and the Department of Foreign Affairs (1990-2000) in Ottawa. I am Chairman of the National Board of Directors of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LSS) of Canada since 2012, and served on the National Board of Directors of LSS USA from 2013 to 2016.

During my mandate, I want to hold more bilateral meetings and discussions between CILT in North America  and other regional CILT councils and increase our respective contact networks. Connecting, engaging and nurturing relationship throughout CILT are important objectives for me and I invite fellow CILT colleagues to contact me.
